We found over a foot of standing water inside the home’s old air-handler stand, causing mold and health concerns. Our team removed the damaged setup and installed a new, code-compliant coffin box, stand, drain pan, and safety switches. We also added a new 5” filter rack and a REME Halo air purifier for cleaner, healthier air. The return plenum was rebuilt, all lines were reconnected, and the system was fully charged and tested. The new installation protects the home from future water issues and greatly improves indoor air quality.
